Questions and answers
Eight questions managers ask
We already use AI tools. What does this add?
The tool is already with you. We add the step that checks it, before the signature.
My people are not technical. Does this fit them?
The method asks for no technical knowledge. It asks you to write an estimate first, and to check it against a source afterwards. That is what an engineer already does today.
How does this differ from an ordinary AI course?
An ordinary course teaches tools. We teach the gate that comes before the signature. Tool names do not appear in our materials.
How long does it take?
A lecture: 60 to 90 minutes, plus a 20-minute preparation call. A workshop: two evenings.
Can we do this on our own?
Yes. The paper and the log are open and free. Installing it inside an organisation is what we do faster.
What about confidentiality?
Your documents stay with you. In the workshop we work only on documents you choose. No file goes to a cloud tool without your written approval. We sign your confidentiality agreement before the mapping step.
How is it measured?
The verification logs are counted. A quarterly report shows which failures repeat, and where.
Who are you?
A licensed mechanical engineer, twenty years signing engineering documents. An independent researcher. The method was published with a DOI.
Confidentiality
Your documents stay with you. In the workshop we work only on documents you choose. No file goes to a cloud tool without your written approval. We sign your confidentiality agreement before the mapping step. During mapping we mark together what may not go to the cloud, and it stays outside the tool.
