Installation in the organisation
A method with no procedure is not a method. What has to happen for the gate to become part of the work, and not one more slide deck? The installation puts it into your existing templates.

Three numbers of yours. The output: how many verification hours one quarter holds.

The default, four minutes per item, is derived from ledger column 13, Verification time (min), and from product screen 13. Every other number here is yours.
What this does not do: it multiplies three numbers you chose by three months and divides by sixty. It measures nothing at your end, sends nothing, and does not divide one result by the other. The comparison is yours.

Training is step 4, not step 1. Without the deliverable list and the labelling table there is nothing to train on.

Availability: Evenings, Fridays, three slots a month.
Procurement: A 30% deposit to reserve a date, the balance within 14 days of the start of the activity. Cancellations: free at more than 30 days, 10% at 30 to 14 days, 30% at 14 to 7 days, 50% at under 7 days. Prices exclude VAT. Travel, accommodation and content adaptation are priced separately. The invoice is issued on the last day of the month.
Confidentiality
Your documents stay with you. We work only on documents you choose. No file goes to a cloud tool without your written approval. We sign your confidentiality agreement before the mapping step. During mapping we mark together what may not go to the cloud, and it stays outside the tool.
