The system: what enters your organisation

Who checks what the tool writes, before the signature goes on the document? That is the question this system answers. One method, six components, installed with you.

Six components, and what each one gives you

The method

A working method published as a document with a permanent identifier and an open licence.

What you get: The full document in Hebrew and English, and a permanent link to cite.

The instruments

A verification log, a task labelling table, a use declaration, and an error-hunt exam.

What you get: An xlsx file for the log, and an empty labelling table to fill in.

The training

A lecture or a workshop that hands the gate to your team.

What you get: A practised log, one working rule, certificates of participation.

The installation

Five steps that embed the gate in your existing procedures, with no new form.

What you get: Adapted templates, an approved labelling table, a written procedure.

The measurement

Quarterly tracking of the failures the gate caught.

What you get: A quarterly report: which failures repeat, and in which deliverables.

The certification

A personal certification for an employee who went through the system. It opens in 2027, when a certifying body exists.

What you get today: Nothing yet. This component is still being built.

The five-level scale

The ladder

A 30% deposit to reserve a date, the balance within 14 days of the start of the activity. Cancellations: free at more than 30 days, 10% at 30 to 14 days, 30% at 14 to 7 days, 50% at under 7 days. Prices exclude VAT. Travel, accommodation and content adaptation are priced separately. The invoice is issued on the last day of the month.

Management lecture · "The number that was not verified"
A management lecture, three demonstrations of failure types from your field, and a one-page self-check.		60 to 90 minutes, plus a 20-minute preparation call₪3,000 to ₪5,000 + VAT. Small business: ₪3,000 + VAT.

The lecture fee is credited in full to the scan, if the scan is closed within 30 days.

Gate scan · AI risks and opportunities in engineering work
Short interviews with three to five people, and a check of 20 to 40 items in three real deliverables against an authoritative source. A mapping of the uses by the five permission levels, a findings table, a risk map, a one-page recommendation, and a 45-minute presentation to management.		Two to three weeks₪12,000 to ₪18,000 + VAT. Small business: ₪6,000 to ₪9,000 + VAT.

Scan guarantee: if at least three items that were not verified are not found, there is no payment.

Gate pilot · one process, measurement before and after
A baseline measurement, structured requests with a source, the 13-field verification log running on the process, the gate rule entering the process owner's signature, hands-on training, and a before-and-after report. AI-use policy
An organisational policy signed by a licensed engineer: what is permitted, under which conditions, who verifies and against which source, and how it is documented.		—₪18,000 to ₪30,000 + VAT.

Gate support + subscription
