The terms

A 30% deposit to reserve a date, the balance within 14 days of the start of the activity. Cancellations: free at more than 30 days, 10% at 30 to 14 days, 30% at 14 to 7 days, 50% at under 7 days. Prices exclude VAT. Travel, accommodation and content adaptation are priced separately. The invoice is issued on the last day of the month.
